Auction Information
The GPS Charity Auction is located in Greenway A just off the Greenway Promenade on the 2nd floor of the Hyatt Regency.
The GPS Charity Auction is using a hybrid format for CONvergence 2023. Bidding for most items will be done online, and you can pick up your items either at CONvergence 2023 or arrange for shipping via USPS (cost to be billed separately.) To bid, click Here to go to the auction!

Donate to the Auction
The Geek Partnership Society is always accepting donations for its charity auctions!
- Please fill out the online donation form! This lets organizers know that you have something to donate and the basic info on the item(s) to assist volunteers researching and doing data entry so they can have bid sheets ready for your item at the auction. GPS will coordinate with you to make your donation as easy as possible; you can even just bring it with you to the convention.
- Have a lot of items? Please email gps.auctions@geekpartnership.org to request a donation spreadsheet and we will send you a formatted Google Sheet. This will help you put together your donation list in one go with info on your items (Item name and description, anything special about it e.g. autographed, item value).
- Do you want to help with the GPS auction before, during, or after the convention? Email gps.auctions@geekpartnership.org to volunteer!
