CONvergence’s attendance grant helps welcome more people into our community who face barriers to attending the convention. Contributing to the Attendance Grant fund not only helps people experience CONvergence joy, but it’s a tangible way you can contribute to the overall diversity and health of the CONvergence community at the ground level.

Lifetime Pass Special Launch Rate
What is a CONvergence Lifetime Pass? So glad you asked! Your one-time purchase of a Lifetime Pass replaces your annual CONvergence registration every year for the rest of your life. Anyone may purchase a CONvergence Lifetime Pass for themselves or for someone else, including for kids.
- A limited number of CONvergence Lifetime Passes are available for purchase in 2025 for the special launch rate of $1,500.
- It is a one-time payment of $1,500. You will not have to pay additional money for your CONvergence badge for the rest of your life, even if registration rates increase.
- After the launch rate promotion ends, CONvergence Lifetime Passes will cost $1,700 each and may be adjusted annually in line with convention cost increases.
- CONvergence Lifetime Passes are an investment in the financial stability and longevity of our beloved convention. Money raised from Lifetime Pass purchases is invested in CDs through an endowment fund.

Don’t Forget to Submit Your Programming Ideas
Who doesn’t have two or three ideas for great CONvergence programming?
Submit your ideas via Panel Suggestion Form for CONvergence 2026: The Geek in the Machine, a celebration of robots, cyborgs, and androids! Even though the convention’s theme is robots and androids, CONvergence will host panels on other topics as well, so please submit any and all ideas that you would like to see happen at the 2026 convention.
Panel suggestions will be accepted until March 31st, 2026. However, they really should be in by January 31, 2026 to have a good chance of making it onto the CONvergence 2026 schedule.
