First Floor (Fireplace Lobby)

Facing the main entrance of the Hyatt Regency, you will find the Fireplace Lobby directly ahead of you through the main doors; to your left you will find food truck parking and The Grove just beyond.

As you enter the Hyatt Regency main entrance, you will find yourself in the Fireplace Lobby. Directly ahead of you is the lobby lounge and fireplace. A set of stairs descends into the recessed area that is the lobby lounge.

To your right is the Prairie Kitchen and Bar. There is accessible access to the lobby lounge via the Prairie Kitchen and Bar.

Directly to your left, is the entrance to the main exhibit hall.

Progressing forward through the lobby, the registration desk will be along the left-hand wall.

Past the registration desk, on your right, you will find a corridor leading to two bathrooms and an ATM.

Just past the corridor with the restrooms, you will find the Minneapolis market.

At the end of the hallway and to the left you will find the guest room elevators.

First Floor (Nicolette Promenade)

Entering the Exhibit Hall via the Fireplace Lobby, you will find yourself on the Nicolette Promenade.

Immediately to your left, you will find the exhibit hall elevators with access to the upper levels of the convention.

Just ahead, you will find escalators to level two.

Immediately to your right, you will find a corridor leading to programming in Lake Shore A room, as well as the Mainstage GreenRoom in Lakeshore B.

There are two restrooms at the end of the hallway.

Progressing through the Nicollet Promenade, past the escalators, you will find the CONvergence MainStage in the Nicollet Ballroom to your right.

Turning to face the CONvergence MainStage, you will find Fan Tables in Alcove A, the MainStage Accessible Seating Waiting Area, and the Masquerade sign-up in Alcove D.

The entrance to MainStage is at the far left of the Ballroom.

Behind you there is a bank of doors leading out to food truck parking.

Continuing past the MainStage area, there are two restrooms on your left, and the elevators to the parking ramp.

Beyond that, is the exit to Nicollet Mall and The Grove. 

Making a right and passing the Mainstage entrance to your right, you will find a corridor with Artists Alley and the Dealers Room in the Exhibit Hall.


Second Floor (Greenway Promenade)

As you exit the Exhibit Hall elevators or ascend to the top of the escalator, you will find yourself on the Greenway Promenade. . 

From The top of the escalators and directly to your right, you will find the Greenway Ballrooms, which house the GPS Auction in Greenway A and Programming in Greenway IJ.

Turning to face the Greenway Ballrooms, you will find the GPS Auction in Greenway A. Accessible via a corridor on your left, Greenway BCDE will have programing. The corridor to your right has access to programming in Greenway IJ and FGH.

Turning to face the escalators, you'll find Registration in Promenade to your right as well as the St. Croix Room, then  Merchandise in the Minnehaha Room, and two restrooms along the wall to your right.

Continuing forward past Nerfherders, you will find Accessibility in the hall that leads to Overview East and Skyway access.

Turning left at the corridor alongsde the overlook, you will find The Bridge (Operations) in the Mirage Room, and the guest room elevators just beyond. The Bridge is a SafeSpace.

To the right, in the Regency Room, is Harmonic CONvergence; and an exit to the outdoor patio and plaza.

Continuing through the outdoor patio and plaza, you will find an entrance with access to the Northstar rooms, to the left.

From the top of the escalators, facing the Greenway Promenade, and moving forward past the Greenway Ballrooms, on your right, you will pass the FedEx officenon your left, and Vitaly's Cafe on your right. Just ahead is stair access to Overview West.

Turning right to follow the corridor, you will find First Advisors in the Hiawatha Room to your right, followed by Nursing in the Hennepin Room and the Northstar Pre-function Alcove.

On your left, you will find Volunteer Massage located in the Walker Room, then ConSuite in the Northwoods Room. Counsuite is a SafeSpace

A corridor turning left, just past Consuite, leads to two bathrooms.

Directly ahead is an exit to the plaza.

Following the corridor around and to the right, you will find the Art Show in Northstar A, and Programming in Northstar B, on your left.

Ahead, you will find an exit to the outdoor plaza and patio, and Salon Blu, to your right.

Exiting to the outdoor plaza and making a left through the patio, you will find an entrance with access to the Hall with Harmonic Convergence in the Regency Room, on your left, and the guest room elevators and The Bridge (Operations), on the right.  

Third Floor 

From the top of the escalators, head straight ahead, and make a left at the corridor, directly across from the elevators.

Follow the corridor, past the bank of guest room elevators, to the end of the hallway, and make a left. Here you will find party rooms 3116 through 3119; starting with party room 3116 on your right and progressing to 3119.

Fourth Floor (Great Lakes & Boundary Waters Promenade)

Directly across from the escalators and elevators, proceeding through the bank of doors, you find yourself in the Great Lakes Promenade.

As you enter the Great Lakes Promenade, directly to your left, you will find the Programming Office / I.T. / Invited Participants, in the Executive Boardroom; followed by LAN Gaming in Lake Nokomis and Lake of the Isles Room along the left.

Along the right-hand side of the Wall you will find RPG Gaming Lakes A1; Connie's Quantum Sandbox in Great Lakes B; and Gaming and the HarmCon Late Night Music Circle in Great Lakes C.

There are two bathrooms at the end of the hall, and a set of double doors to the left.

To your right, you will find that the promenade continues forward with Volunteers in the Lake Harriet room; followed by the Teen Room in the Lake Bemidji Room, Gaming in the Lake Minnetonka Room, and a bank of Guest Room Elevators.

Moving forward through the Promenade. You will find Programming rooms Great Lakes A2 and A3 directly across on the right.

Moving past the Guest Room Elevators and you will find yourself in the Boundary Waters Promenade. 

The Boundary Waters Promendae has a Safe Space.

The Boundary Waters Promenade turns left and you will find the Guest of Honor Signing Tables in Boundary Waters A, Photography in Boundary Waters B, and Programming in Boundary Waters C & D.

To access the Party Rooms make a left before the bank of Guest Room Elevators at the entrance to the Boundary Waters Promenade and follow the corridor. You will find parties HQ, on your right, in Room 418.

Make a left at the end of the hall, followed by another right, and another left  and you will find party rooms 4118 through 4126, along the right-hand side.

Go through the door at the end of the hallway make a left through the set of double doors, and make another immediate left, and you will find yourself in the Boundary Waters Promenade.

Fifth Floor

You will find Cinema Rex Movie Room in the Lake Superior Room, directly across from the escalators, just beyond that two restrooms.

Passing the elevators, head through the door straight-ahead, and then through the set of double doors, and make a left. Follow the corridor, making another left, and a right, past the bank of guest elevators. Follow the corridor, making another left, and a right, and you will find party rooms 5116 to 5122, starting with room 5116, on your right, to 5122, on your left.

Sixth Floor

As you exit the Elevators, proceed through the door directly to your left, and you will enter the Sixth Floor Promenade. Directly to your right, you will find the Pool. Progressing down the promenade will find the Book Swap in the Promenade Alcove, on the left, followed by two bathrooms. At the end of the Promenade you will find Wordslinger's Way
