Please remember that this is a "just in case cancellations occur" list and that there are NO guarantees of availability to anyone on this list for either the Double Tree or Sofitel. The CONvergence Hotel Team strongly encourages that a room be booked at the Crowne Plaza to ensure accommodations.

ANNOUNCING AVAILABILITY AT THE CROWNE PLAZA

The room block for the Crowne Plaza for CONvergence attendees has a lot of rooms available. Please contact the Crowne at https://resweb.passkey.com/Resweb.do?mode=welcome_ei_new&eventID=8135490 to make your reservation. The room rate at the Crowne is $101.00 \ night, plus tax for 2 beds and $121.00 \ night, plus tax for 2 beds on the executive floor. Reservations can be made directly with the Crowne. We are planning a shuttle service to be available.

DOUBLE TREE

Confirmations for hotel rooms for the Double Tree continue to be emailed. Right now, room request receipt numbers 20121003 - 20121187 are being confirmed. Please be patient as we work with other Double Tree group needs in getting room confirmations out.

When you receive your confirmation, please read carefully as the instructions for guaranteeing your room have changed. You will be referred to Central Reservation to guarantee your room, but they cannot make changes to your reservation. Reservation changes and cancellations should still be communicated to the CONvergence Hotel Team. As a reminder, the CONvergence room rate is $102.00 \ night, plus tax.

Note please that if you are using a debit card, the hotel may pre-authorize the cost up to the entire stay which will make those funds unavailable. If you have challenges with guaranteeing your room, please contact the CONvergence Hotel Team so we can go to bat for you.

As always, we encourage folks to check their spam filters if they have not yet received a confirmation.

SOFITEL

We are still forwarding Sofitel requests in to them. We will advise when a request has been forwarded to them; and once again, as with the Double Tree, the CONvergence room block is full. Yes the Sofitel is taking reservations outside of the room block, but these will not be given the CONvergence room rate. Softiel CONvergence room rate is $111.00 \ night plus tax.

OTHER HOTELS

CONvergence will not be entering into any formal agreements with other hotels in the area, but we are contacting them to let them know to expect us. As we have more information, we will update this page.
