Hello!!

What was the Sheraton is now officially the Double Tree, and our room block in the Double Tree is full. The CONvergence room block at the Sofitel is full as well, however they are taking reservations for rooms outside of the block at normal Sofitel rates. We are working with the Crowne Plaza and have been for some time. We are near to signing the contract (as of 2011-1216) and hope to do so in the next week. There will be an announcement when that agreement has been finalized. Please watch the hotel page on the CONvergence website for this information.

Currently we are taking requests on a wait list via this link: http://www.convention-reg.com/?nav=hotelStand&event=cnvg12wait. Please be advised this is a wait list, a no-guarantees list that is dependent on cancellations happening. The Hotel team strongly encourages all who need one to reserve a room at another nearby hotel; we are inc communication with them encouraging a rate for identified CONvergence attendees.
