Volunteers Party THIS SATURDAY!

CONvergence 2011 is over, but the Volunteer Party is THIS SATURDAY!

Who: For anyone who volunteered a single hour or more for CONvergence 2011
What: A Party to thank all CONvergence Volunteers
Where: The Sheraton/Double Tree Bloomington: 7800 Normandale Boulevard, Bloomington, MN
When: Saturday July 23 starting at 7:00pm
Why: It's one last hurrah (in the form of a big party) for CONvergence 2011

For those of you who found as little as a single hour to volunteer to help make CVG 2011 happen, YOU ARE INVITED to the CVG 2011 Volunteers Party!

It's happening Saturday July 23 at the CONvergence hotel (formerly the Sheraton Bloomington, newly rebranded as the Double Tree by Hilton) still at 7800 Normandale Boulevard, Bloomington, MN. It starts at 7:00pm and will be held on the FIRST FLOOR (the cabanas occupied by CoF2E2 and Krushenko's during the convention) and NOT the second floor/ConSuite space.

There will be food and snacks and other surprises. Don't forget to bring your swimsuit if you want to hit the hotel pool or hot tub!
