Guarantee those rooms!

As we near the convention, we find that still there are some rooms that have not yet been guaranteed. These rooms need to be guaranteed by Friday, 06-10-2011 at noon. Non-guaranteed reservations are likely to be canceled, which is standard in the hotel industry. So, if you've received a message from the Sheraton, please call! You can speak with Tina at 952-893-8439. If she is not available you can press "0" and ask the operator to transfer you to the Front Desk, they can help you as well. But please do not follow the option that takes to Reservations. As has been noted previously, this takes you to the 800-line and they are not able to help you. Please call Tina between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m.
