CONvergence Reservations Update
Sheraton confirmations: As of this writing, all reservation confirmations from the Sheraton have been emailed. If you believe you should have gotten one, please check your spam filter \ junk email boxes \ don’t want this traps to see if you received an email from Tina Harpke with the subject header of "CONvergence Hotel Room Request". If you do not have one and think you should, please contact the CONvergence Hotel Team at hotel@convergence-con.org.
To guarantee your room, please call the number listed in the email you received between 8:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday - Friday and make sure you are speaking with In-House reservations. Note that the reservations folks at the 800 number cannot help you with changes, cancellations or the credit card number guarantee; you must speak with In-House reservations. Also note that changes and cancellations need to go through the CONvergence Hotel team.
Sofitel confirmations: As of this writing, all room requests for the Sofitel have been submitted. The Sofitel is employing a slightly different process in that they are calling all room requestors first to generate room guarantees, and then they are sending emails. As with the Sheraton, any questions regarding your request for a Sofitel room should be routed to the CONvergence Hotel team.
