Progress Reports Via Email

Each year, CONvergence sends out two Progress Reports, one at the end of the year preceding the deadline for our lowest Pre-Registration rate on December 31, and one in early April to precede the final Pre-Reg deadline on May 15. Beginning this year, those Progress Reports will be primarily sent in electronic form to anyone for whom we have an email address, instead of printing and mailing a hardcopy booklet. You will receive an email with a link to a PDF of each Progress Report as it is released, where the PDF can be viewed on line or downloaded. This method is faster and less expensive than printing and mailing a booklet, and is overall a much more efficient way to deliver the content to our members.

If you would still like a booklet mailed to you, that's still an option, but it's now an "opt in" choice. There will be a checkbox to have your Progress Report mailed to you on the Pre-registration form for CONvergence 2011, and you can inform us by email after that.

Anyone on our mailing list for whom we do NOT have an email address will have a booklet mailed to them by default.

We will still send a postcard to all pre-registered members in the month before the convention.
