For those who have asked and those who want to know, the Sheraton fell a little behind last week in entering CONvergence registrations as they had a pressing need to service other groups. As of this writing, we are anticipating that confirmations for room requestst numbered through 4601 (not including cabanas reserved earlier through the on-line system) will be out by Tuesday, 03/23/2010.

So, once again, remember that if at first you don’t see your confirmation (and this means by next Tuesday, the 23rd just to be sure), please check your spam filters\catch-places\inboxes. Your confirmation will come from donotreply@starwoodhotels.com. It contains important information, MOST notably how to guarantee your confirmation with information on exactly whom you should contact.

We are referring new all requests for rooms to the Sofitel, which is located directly across the street from the Sheraton. Please note that the Sofitel is offering a rate comparable to the rate at the Sheraton.

The convention dates for 2010 are Thursday July 1, Friday July 2, Saturday July 3, and Sunday July 4.
