Party Applications

Party applications for CONvergence 2010 can now be made! We have settled most other questions with the new room request process and are taking applications for parties in the poolside cabanas and some 4th floor rooms. Please complete this form and return it to parties@convergence-con.org.

Who should submit a form? If you are planning on throwing a room party at CONvergence in 2010, please complete the form and return it to us. Our Parties Guru, Robert, will get in touch with you post haste, as schedule allows of course.

I already submitted my interest - do I have to fill out the form? If you have been in communication with Robert about your party, then probably not, but Robert has the final say. If you have not heard anything form CONvergence parties, then yes by all means submit the form. If you are not sure, then it’s best to send in the form.
