We are please to announce that owing to successful response to the new, on-line room request process, we have filled our block of rooms at the Sheraton, and had to temporarily disable the request process. We have found that it’s much easier and much faster to use the on-line system, and consider it to be a resounding success.

We have had to keep a close eye on the process, and are therefore behind on the initial set of request confirmations. We plan to be fully caught up within the next two weeks. Feel free to send an individual email requesting your status if you desire, but it might be better to wait and see if you receive one automatically.
