Former CONvergence Guest of Honor Crist Ballas was part of the team designing and creating alien makeup for J.J. Abram's 2009 Star Trek movie. Here's a photo of Crist hard at work on makeup for Keenser, Scotty's little buddy from Delta Vega (played in the film by Deep Roy).
