Volunteers Info LOST!

Attention CONvergence Volunteers - due to a bit of foolish absent-mindedness, and a side helping of bad luck, some of the Volunteer Information that was turned in to the Volunteers Table was LOST.

If you turned in a Volunteer Card after 5pm on Sunday (about the time Closing Ceremonies started), it has been lost.

We are working with our departments to recreate their schedules and grids, but additionally, we would like YOU to tell us what volunteering you did.

If you are one of the unlucky ones whose card was lost: Please PLEASE please email us (volunteers@convergence-con.org) or call us (651-MISFITS) and let us know what volunteering you did.

Please send us this information by MIDNIGHT, July 15th so that we can make sure invitations to the Volunteer Party get out on time!

We apologize most profusely for the inconvenience, and we plan to make up for mistake by throwing one heckuva Volunteer Party!
