With only days to go until CONvergence, many departments of CONvergence are still looking for YOUR HELP as the convention gets started!

Moving Crew: Help us move in on Tuesday June 30/Wednesday July 1, and move out on Sunday July 5/Monday July 6; Moving crew also needs sub-heads (it's not too late to join the Convention Committee!) facilities@convergence-con.org.

Decor (MainStage Facade and more!): Set up on Wednesday July 1, tear down on Sunday July 5/Monday July 6. decor@convergence-con.org

Cinema Rex needs help on Monday night with unloading the pods and getting the furniture ready. Gather at Plaza 4 on Monday at 7pm.

Consuite is looking for extra hands during move in/set up Wednesday and early Thursday for room decor. ConSuite@convergence-con.org
