HELP WANTED!

With two weeks to go until CONvergence (LESS than two weeks until convention move-in starts!), many departments of CONvergence are looking for YOUR HELP!

Below is a list of the volunteer needs of various departments. Please contact the department directly if you are interested in helping out or have questions about volunteer needs. You can also email "info@convergence-con.org" and tell us what department you'd like to assist.

Decor (MainStage Facade and more!): Set up on Wednesday July 1, tear down on Sunday July 5/Monday July 6. decor@convergence-con.org

Signage/Poster Hanging: Wednesday morning/early afternoon. publications@convergence-con.org

Silent Auction: Staffing help. info@convergence-con.org

Connie's Space Lounge: Smoothie bar servers needed, plus help setting up and tearing down. info@convergence-con.org

Moving Crew: Help us move in on Tuesday June 30/Wednesday July 1, and move out on Sunday July 5/Monday July 6; Moving crew also needs sub-heads (it's not too late to join the Convention Committee!) facilities@convergence-con.org

CoF2E2 Free Coffee Shop: Needs volunteers - 2 hour shifts. cof2e2@convergence-con.org

ConSuite: Needs volunteers - we'll take anything you can give! 24 hours a day! consuite@convergence-con.org

Harmonic CONvergence: Would love experienced live music sound engineers. harmcon@convergence-con.org

MainStage: Needs help striking on Sunday after Closing Ceremony. mainstage@convergence-con.org

Gaming: Needs floor hosts and donor computers. gaming@convergence-con.org

Registration: Looking for people interested in helping run the department next year. registration@convergence-con.org

MISFITS Clubhouse (MISFITS Room Party): Needs hands to help serve the masses (1 hour shifts) info@misfit.org
