Update from the CONvergence Hotel Department

At this time we are happy to report that all reservation requests have been responded to. If you feel you’ve never received either a reservation confirmation or an acknowledgement from the CONvergence Hotel Department, please contact us at hotel@convergence-con.org.

As we move closer to CONvergence a new deadline looms. As per the Sheraton’s confirmation letters, rooms need please to be guaranteed by June, 20, 2009 to ensure that the reservation remains in place and to guarantee the CONvergence rate on the room. there are two ways to guarantee your room: Call the Sheraton’s CONvergence Group Coordinator, Jadee Leung, at 952-893-8438. She can be reached Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. If you call outside of those times, or you call the Sheraton’s main number and choose the "reservations" options, you will be sent to the Sheraton’s 800 # Reservations team and they do not have access to our group reservations at the Sheraton Bloomington. hence they can’t do anything to any of our reservations: Guarantees, changes or cancellations.

The second way is to send a check to the Sheraton for the first night’s stay. Please see their website for the exact address.
