CONvergence: 4-days Forever?

Our 10th anniversary four-day extravaganza was such a success and people enjoyed the extra day so much that we're seriously considering implementing a change to a four-day con... permanently. AND starting with next year, 2009!

We are aware of some of the concerns and challenges that would need to be considered and we'd like to hear from our community what YOU think, so we've set up a Community Meeting. We know it is short notice, but if we're going to make this change, then we need to get the balls rolling as quickly as possible. If you have thoughts, concerns, or suggestions, we hope that you'll come out and share them with us!

We will be meeting at the Edina Library on Tuesday, October 7th at 6:30PM in the meeting room. The library is located at 5280 Grandview Square, Edina - http://www.hclib.org/AgenciesAction.cfm?agency=Ed.

We've already had extensive discussions about this idea with the Convention Committee, Dealers, Party Hosts, and individual members of the convention, and we wanted to address many of the questions and concerns that seem to be the most common. So without further ado:
