Hotel full!

We are pleased to report that the Sheraton Bloomington Minneapolis South Hotel, that houses CONvergence, is completely full for CONvergence week-end. We have well surpassed our room block of 425, and have left only a handful of rooms behind for the hotel to use for certain guest needs that they have.

Although we have no formal agreement with them, we have asked the Sofitel, just across the street from the Sheraton, to honor the CONvergence room rate, and they have agreed to do so. They can be reached at (952) 835-1900, and if electing this option, please be sure to tell them you are with CONvergence. Otherwise, we will seek to maintain a wait list for any possible cancellations. Please bear in mind that we have seen very few cancellations at this juncture.

The CONvergence Hotel department will continue to process new room requests and changes to reservations until 11:59 p.m. on June 25, 2006. After that point, all room request inquiries will be directed to the hotels themselves, whiele changes will continue to flow through CONvergence. Any inquiries, challenges, change requests started with the CONvergence Hotel Department BEFORE that time and date will still be handled by CONvergence.
