CONvergence smoking policy change!

As of our November 4th meeting with the Sheraton Bloomington, we have learned they will be remodeling all the poolside cabanas in February of this year.

As part of that remodeling, all poolside rooms are designated non smoking rooms by the hotel.

The recently mailed Progress Report discusses our new plan for a smokers lounge to take the place of smoking consuite. Unfortunately we learned of the change from the hotel too late and we were unable to correct the Post Mortem. As a result of the new hotel policy, CONvergence will not offer any sort of indoor smokers lounge.

We are looking into other possibilities and if we can come up with a viable alternative, we will discuss our plans in our next Progress Report. We apologize for the fact misinformation was included in our latest Progress Report.
