Deadlines, Programming Info and Savage Aural Hotbed!
Registration Update - May 15 (This THURSDAY!)
There are only a few days left to pre-register for CONvergence at our pre-reg rate of $40 per adult. That's a big savings over the $55 at-the-door rate. You can also get a supporting membership for only $20 until May 15, allowing you to upgrade to a full membership at the door for only an additional $20, effectively locking in the $40 pre-reg rate. To take advantage of these rates, your registration form with payment must be postmarked on or before May 15, 2003. If you need a form, visit our web site at www.convergence-con.org and visit the registration section. Or contact us and we'll send one to you!<>/p>
Savage Aural Hotbed to Play CONvergence
Savage Aural Hotbed will be playing at CONvergence on Friday July 4, in a concert free for all registered members of the convention.
Savage Aural Hotbed creates their compelling sound using conventional and "found object" percussion instruments, bass guitar, electronically modified horns and vocals, and power tools. With up to four people drumming, they provide visual, as well as aural excitement with their high energy rhythms, flailing arms, and flying sparks.
CONvergence is pleased to welcome this exciting band to our convention. For more information on the band and their unique music, visit www.savageauralhotbed.com.

T-Shirt Reissue Poll Deadline - Thursday May 15
To celebrate CONvergence's fifth anniversary, we thought it would be fun treat to reissue one of our more popular, out of print convention T-shirts from past years of the convention. We've been running an on line poll to determine which of three designs would be the most preferred option for a new print run of shirts. The shirt design with the most votes will be re-issued and will be available alongside our new 2003 designs at the merchandise table at the convention.
To cast your vote, go here.
The poll closes May 15, so cast your vote today!
