Hotel Update

Once again, we are pleased to be located at the fabulous Radisson Hotel South, located at 7800 Normandale Blvd., in Bloomington, MN. If you need directions to the hotel, contact the Radisson Hotel South directly at (952) 835-7800.

Room Reservations

Our room block at the Radisson South is filling up! Basic sleeping rooms are $99.00 per night plus tax; and poolside cabanas are $123.00 per night plus tax. For further information, contact the CONvergence Hotel Team at hotel@convergence-con.org.

CONvergence continues to handle room requests, so if you would like to reserve a hotel room for CONvergence 2002, please fill out and send in the Hotel Room Request Form. Send NO money at this time. Payment for your hotel room is between you and the Radisson South. CONvergence merely oversees the allocation of rooms. When you receive your reservation confirmation, please review carefully and advise CONvergence of any necessary changes.

Remember that with few exceptions, poolside cabanas are reserved for room parties. If you would like to throw a party in one of these cabanas, complete the Parties section on your hotel room request form. You should also be sure to complete this section of your form even if you are holding a party in a room elsewhere in the hotel but want to be included in the listing of parties at the convention.

Fan organizations or other groups often like to have their rooms grouped together within the hotel. We like to accommodate such requests whenever possible. To make this easier for us to coordinate and increase your chances of getting the room arrangement you want, please help us by submitting these requests for grouped room blocks all at one time and together.
