Registration Update

Pre-Registration

You can pre-register for CONvergence for only $40 until May 15, 2003. After that, youšll have to register at the door for $55, so pre-register now and save! See the registration section for more details.

When you arrive...

The first thing youšll want to do when you arrive at CONvergence is check in at the Registration Desk. It will be located in Verandas 3 & 4 on the second floor, around the corner from the escalators and overlooking the Garden Court. The hours during which Registration will be open are below:

Are you a convention volunteer? Do you want to be? This is a time set aside for our volunteers to pick up the registration badges and get signed up for shifts that they want to work at the same time. It is our way of saying thanks ahead of time for the work you do to make this convention fun for everyone.

When you check into the convention, stop by Verandas 3 & 4 to pick up your badge. You canšt do the fun stuff without it. You will also be able to pick up your programming schedule, souvenir book and any last minute up-dates.

If you donšt make it to the convention on Friday, we are open Saturday as well.

After Hours Registration

If you canšt get to Registration during the posted hours, there will be help available in the Bridge, Verandas 1 & 2 (right next door) They will be able to get you set, but please be aware that they will have multiple demands on their time, so there may be a bit of a wait.

CONvergence 2004 Pre-Registration

We do offer you the opportunity to register for next yearšs convention during this yearšs con and at a special rate too! This is available during the posted hours for registration in Registration, and it will be staffed for 2 hours at the end of closing ceremonies in Verandas 3 &4 also. If you are leaving before then and didnšt get a chance to stop by and register, there will be a self serve box available in the Bridge. The Bridge staff will not be able to provide receipts, so if you need one, we urge you to stop by registration during the posted hours.
