CONvergence Video Yearbook Update

We know a lot of people are waiting patiently for the promised 2001 video yearbook. So are we.

Due to a lot of unforeseen technical issues, we have managed to complete editing the video but are still arranging to get it reproduced. The video will be reproduced and available for distribution at CONvergence 2002 but that is a far cry from the promised delivery date.

As a result, anyone who pre-ordered a video yearbook will get a $5 refund when they pick up their tape (in addition to their shipping fee if they paid one). Of course anyone who wishes a full refund is welcome - all you need to do is ask.

We learned a lot about putting together a video this year and we will do better next year. We really like the idea of a video yearbook and now that we understand what we need to do to put one together we expect that this year's problems will not happen again. To ensure we have it right, we will not pre-sell 2002 video yearbooks. We will instead offer them at MISFITS and CONvergence functions as soon as the completed tapes are available.
