Hotel Deadline Approaches

The time for reserving a room in the CONvergence room block, and get the reduced rate, draws to an end. The hold on our room block with the hotel expires on June 4th, 2001. After that date, anyone wishing to reserve a room will have to call the Radisson's 800 room reservation number. Doing so does not guarantee a room in the CONvergence room block, and there is no guarantee that the CONvergence room rate will be available.

If you're planning on staying in the hotel, or know someone who is, and you have not yet requested a room, please fill out the Hotel Registration Form, copy the output from the form, and email it to hotel@convergence-con.org.

Please note that there the Hotel Reservation Form cannot be filled out and submitted online. You need to print the form and send it to us via US mail, or provide the information to us via email at hotel@convergence-con.org by June 4 to reserve your room in the CONvergence block.

The Radisson South has sent out its first batch of room confirmations as of last Friday, April 27th. If you haven't received your room confirmation by May 11th, please contact the CONvergence Hotel Department at hotel@convergence-con.org or leave a message on the hotline at 952-996-9224.

There are still rooms left, but the available stock has dwindled.  Reserve today!
