Registration Cutoff May 15
Pre-Registration comes to an end on May 15, so this is your last chance to pre-register for CONvergence 2001 for the low rate of $35. A supporting membership is only $15 with the balance of $20 to be paid at the door. After May 15, you'll need to register at-the-door for $50, so why not pre-register and save?
If you are planning on attending CONvergence, please pre-register! It's easier for the Registration Department. Your convention check-in will go MUCH, MUCH more quickly and you'll save $15. Your registration must be post-marked May 15th to be accepted before the registration cut-off.
You can also register as a Supporting Member. For only $15 now and another $20 at the door, you save yourself quite a bit of the at-the-door hassle, and that $15 too!

Advertising/Publications Deadline May 15
We are currently accepting advertising for our CONvergence 2001 Souvenir Book, which is given to every attending member at CONvergence. CONvergence advertising rates are affordable for anyone from businesses to fan groups with an interest in reaching the audience of CONvergence members.
The final deadline for CONvergence 2001 advertising is May 15, 2001. We must have all materials in-hand by that date, so we recommend contacting us before then if you would like to advertise in our Souvenir Book.
Please note that we have both PRO rates and FAN rates. PRO rates apply to any for-profit business or money-making venture. FAN rates apply to fan groups and individuals that are not advertising for business purposes.
