On Wednesday July 2, a full day before CONvergence officially begins, CONvergence Publications needs your help. Most of the day before the convention is spent placing schedules, maps, banners and other signage around the hotel. A simple enough task, this can be very time consuming due to the sheer number of posters needing to be taped to the walls or otherwise put in place. Many hands make lighter (and faster) work, so if you are looking to start earning your volunteer hours early before CONvergence programming and events get underway, this is a great way to do it!

If you're going to be in the convention hotel on Wednesday July 2 starting as early as 10:00am, contact publications@convergence-con.org in advance, or just come looking for Publications Director Christopher Jones in CONvergence Central outside the Grand Ballrooms.
