WE'RE MOVING!!!!

We still need people to help with Move In and Move Out pretty please. It's a great way to help the convention and get invited to this year's Volunteer Party!! Or maybe you're close on volunteer hours but don't know where the others you need will come from. If you have some time Tuesday the 1st, Wednesday the 2nd, Thursday the 3rd, Sunday the 6th or Monday the 7th, please email hotel@convergence-con.org.

All rooms allocated by all hotels are taken, but cancellations are coming in. If you have sent in a request for a room but have not heard either from our Hotel department or one of the hotels themselves, please contact hotel@convergence-con.org.

Given the banner year this has become, the likelihood of needing additional parking became manifest. To meet that need, the Sheraton as secured permission for us to park in the following lots, starting 5 pm Thursday and ending 5 pm Sunday, at the Lifetouch building and at the Sentinel Lakes building.
