With only weeks left before CONvergence 2008, there are still positions we are looking to fill at Department Head, Sub-Head, and Staff levels. With an extra day of convention this year, we could really use your help!

Merchandise Head
We'd like someone to work with our acting Merchandise Head for this year with the expectation of heading the department in 2009. Contact merchandise@convergence-con.org.

Merchandise Table Staff
With a four-day con, we have a lot of shifts to fill staffing the Merchandise table at CONvergence 2008. We need responsible people to sell the T-shirts, DVDs, Pins, Hoodies, and other CONvergence Merchandise. Contact merchandise@convergence-con.org.

Facade Building/Painting Crew
We need help in putting together the MainStage Facade for CONvergence 2008. If you'd like to help, contact Rob Withoff at magicmarmotstudios@yahoo.com.

Publications Administration
We are looking for help in creating a better organizational infrastructure for tracking tasks and projects handled by CONvergence Publications. Contact publications@convergence-con.org.

Masquerade Costume Assistants & Judge Wrangler

Programming Sub-heads and Staff

Special Events Coordinator
For 2009, we're looking for someone to help coordinate the events held at CONvergence by groups other than the convention organization itself, such as the annual Nokomis Blood Drive and the Klingon Bat'Leth Tournament. Contact Tim Wick at events@convergence-con.org.

Moving Crew
We need help getting in and out of the building this year. It's a great opportunity to provide a huge help to the con, but do it outside of prime convention hours if you don't want to miss anything! Contact Ishmael Williams at facilities@convergence-con.org.

ConSuite Sub-heads

Harmonic CONvergence Sub-heads
