If you have received a confirmation from the DoubleTree by Hilton, please note that your confirmation must be guaranteed by June 10, 2014. Reservations not guaranteed are subject to cancellation without notice. To guarantee your reservation please call the number that is provided in you confirmation with a credit card or a debit card. Nothing will be charged to a CREDIT CARD until you check out. The amount of your stay plus an amount for incidentals will be allocated from your account if you use a DEBIT CARD. If you encounter any issues guaranteeing your room, please contact [email protected].
Note please that at the local DoubleTree by Hilton number there are only 2 reservationists so it may take a couple of days for them to get back to you if you leave a voice-mail message. Please be patient.
Note please that if you cancel your reservation less than 72 hours prior to your check in you are subject to the first night’s stay being charged.
