Smoking Policy Update

Over the years, the Sheraton (formerly Radisson) has been watching the need for smoking rooms shrink, and the demand for non-smoking rooms grow. In response to this, they have restricted smoking rooms to only one floor of the hotel, and that is the 12th floor of the South tower. That makes the total number of smoking rooms in the hotel a whopping 20, and as of this writing many of those have already gone. If you require a smoking room, please contact the CONvergence Hotel Department as soon as possible.
